These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mobile applications published by Foul Bird Group ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our applications.

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the applications or their infrastructure
• Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code through or in connection with the applications
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the applications

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Foul Bird Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our applications, regardless of the theory of liability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our applications at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the applications ceases immediately.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foul Bird Group operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
